A tandem paragliding flight along the Paje–Bwejuu shoreline at about three hundred metres. One of the only operations of its kind in Zanzibar — launched by Paje Kitesurf in December 2025.
You launch from a low cliff at the south end of Paje with a certified tandem pilot, climb gently to around three hundred metres, and drift along the beach on the afternoon sea breeze. The route runs south toward Bwejuu and the YapYap villas, then banks back — fifteen minutes in the air, all of it facing turquoise.
The pilot handles everything. There's no training, no jumping off anything, no freefall — just a short running take-off, then a chair-like harness and a slow drift at the pace of walking. If you've never flown before, this is the gentlest way to see the coast from above.
